The offseason is no excuse to stop belting dingers, especially if you're Bryce Harper and you just took home your first National League MVP award.

The Washington Nationals outfielder decided to return to his home state for a bit of batting practice at the College of Southern Nevada on Thursday, and created what could have easily been confused for a meteor shower in the night sky.

Hope he made a wish.
