SEATTLE - Ken Griffey Jr. was flying high above Seattle.
Well, his No. 24 was.
Shortly after the former Mariners star was elected to the baseball Hall of Fame on Wednesday with the highest percentage of votes in history, Seattle raised a giant banner with Griffey's number on it to the top of the iconic Space Needle.
