Pitchers and catchers don't report for spring training until mid-February, so that's leaving Marcus Stroman plenty of time to capitalize on his off-field talents.
The Toronto Blue Jays pitcher is trying his hand at the rap game, starring in fellow Duke baseball alum Mike Stud's upcoming music video "These Days."
Stud, also known as Mike Seander, recently released a teaser of the video:
Stroman apparently raps on a separate track on the album set to be released Jan. 12.
Seander, once a highly touted right-handed pitcher in the collegiate ranks, mentored Stroman as a freshman at Duke, and the pair have remained very close friends.
