Report: Yovani Gallardo to reject Rangers' qualifying offer

Yovani Gallardo isn't interested in signing a short-term deal to remain with the Texas Rangers.
The veteran right-hander will reject the Rangers' one-year, $15.8-million qualifying offer, according to CBS Sports' Jon Heyman.
Texas will, however, receive draft-pick compensation if Gallardo elects to sign with another club this fall.
Gallardo went 13-11 with a 3.42 ERA and 1.42 WHIP in 33 starts last season, and Heyman believes he'll easily command a multi-year offer on the open market.
