There are some moments in sports that are just perfect.

Mere moments before Toronto Blue Jays slugger Jose Bautista hit the go-ahead three-run home run in the seventh inning in Game 5 of the ALDS, a young fan sitting in the outfield mimicked the All-Star's swing, only to have the home run ball land in the section in front of him.

Toronto would hold on for the 6-3 win over the Texas Rangers and move on to the ALCS for the first time since 1993.

The young fan even ran into Blue Jays third baseman Josh Donaldson following the game.
