Daniel Murphy isn't known throughout baseball for his power, but he certainly left a mark on Clayton Kershaw and the Los Angeles Dodgers on Friday.

The New York Mets infielder hammered a Kershaw offering 415 feet deep into the right-field stands in the fourth inning.

Murphy not only helped secure the Mets' victory with his long ball, but also literally left his name - which is inked on his bats - imprinted on it.

It was the first career postseason home run for Murphy, who has also recorded 62 regular season home runs in his seven-year career.
