Yost, Bochy reveal starting lineups for MLB All-Star Game

With just over 24 hours left before the first pitch flies in the MLB All-Star Game at Great American Ball Park, managers Ned Yost and Bruce Bochy revealed their starting lineups Monday for the 86th edition of the Midsummer Classic.
Yost's starting lineup, which features reigning American League MVP Mike Trout in the leadoff spot, consists entirely of right-handed hitters, the first time that's happened in an All-Star Game since 1962.
