Michael Cuddyer (knee) will have an MRI on Wednesday, the Star-Ledger's Mike Vorkunov reports.
Cuddyer (knee) will have an MRI on Wednesday, the Star-Ledger's Mike Vorkunov reports.
Analysis:
Cuddyer left midway through Tuesday's game as he did not feel he could run on his sore left knee. He should be considered day-to-day for now and if he misses more time Darrell Ceciliani would be an option to take his at-bats. If Cuddyer ends up on the DL, the Mets could dip into the farm system and call up Michael Conforto or Brandon Nimmo from Double-A.
