VIDEO: Dad holding baby takes fan interference to new heights with one-handed grab at Wrigley Field
An overzealous young father took fan interference to a new level Tuesday evening at Wrigley Field.
In the bottom of the second inning, Los Angeles Dodgers first baseman Adrian Gonzalez appeared to have a beat on a ball off the bat of Jason Hammel, who popped one into foul territory down the first base line.
As Gonzalez reached out to make the grab, however, the father - Keith Hartley - leaned in to the field of play and made a sensational one-handed snag without disturbing his baby, who was enjoying a sip from his bottle whilst cradled in his dad's left arm.

Hartley's slick catch elicited a disapproving glare from Gonzalez and a video review by the umpires, who, after watching the replay, declared Hammel out on the play.
"[Adrian Gonzalez] didn't say anything," Hartley told ESPN's Jon Greenberg. "I think I turned around too quickly for him to interact with me. Hopefully he's not too angry. He is on my fantasy team. I want to keep him happy."
In Harltley's defense, though, Gonzalez never called him off.
"It would've been more impressive if the baby had caught it," Gonzalez remarked after his club fell, 1-0, in 10 innings.
