Red Sox's Victorino dealing with 'general soreness'
Boston Red Sox outfielder Shane Victorino is dealing with "general soreness," mainly in his left calf, Scott Lauber of the Boston Herald reports.
Analysis:
Victorino was scratched from Thursday's lineup and replaced by Daniel Nava. It doesn't sound as though whatever is ailing him is too serious of an issue, as manager John Farrell mentioned it was mostly a precautionary measure, so Victorino should be considered day-to-day for the time being.
