Nobody plays the shortstop position better than Andrelton Simmons.

The Atlanta Braves are certainly not regretting signing the two-time Gold Glover to a seven-year, $58 million deal last year, and view him as an essential piece of the rebuilding process moving forward.

Simmons once again showcased his elite defensive prowess Saturday afternoon in Toronto, tracking down a shallow fly ball with his back to home plate and making a sliding catch.
