Analysis:
Rehabbing from his second Tommy John surgery, Parker is now up to 95 percent effort on his fastball and all accounts have been that he has looked very good so far. Parker is expected to return to the A's in June, although it is still undecided whether that will be in the rotation or if the A's may ease him back with a stint in the bullpen.
