Homer Bailey: (Forearm) May Not Be Ready For Opening Day
Bailey (forearm) is back on a throwing protocol but may not be ready for Opening Day, C. Trent Rosecrans of the Cincinnati Enquirer reports. "I don't know that it'll be Opening Day, but it won't be May either," said manager Bryan Price.
Analysis:
Bailey hasn't been cleared for work on the mound yet, and now it appears he may not be ready for the beginning of the regular season. However, it appears as though his return will be slated for some point during the first month of the season, limiting the loss in value to potential fantasy owners.
