James Paxton: Dealing With Minor Injuries To Both Wrists

Updating a previous report, Paxton hurt both of his wrists when he fell doing agility drills last week and has yet to throw a bullpen session, MLB.com's Greg Johns reports.

Analysis:

He apparently lobbied to throw but the Mariners are being extra cautious with him given how early it is in camp. Owners and prospective owners may want to check back on his status in a week or so, but it does not sound like anything too serious, and he should still be a part of the Mariners' rotation when the season starts.
