4 minor leaguers suspended for drug violations

Four minor league baseball players have been suspended for drug violations, The Office of the Commissioner of Baseball announced Wednesday.
Right-handed pitcher Raymond Hanson, a free agent, has received an 80-game suspension without pay for testing positive for Furosemide.
New York Yankees minor league shortstop Tyler Palmer has received a 50-game ban after testing positive for amphetamine.
Arizona Diamondbacks minor league righty Felipe Perez and Pittsburgh Pirates first baseman Kevin Ross have also received 50-game suspensions after a second positive test for a banned drug.
