Kipnis recently had the pin removed from his left ring finger, which he injured during an offseason workout. All indications are that he'll be ready for Opening Day, but considering where he's at in his recovery, it seems possible he could be limited a bit at the start of spring training. Oblique and hamstring issues cost the 27-year-old time last season.
