Los Angeles Dodgers second baseman Dee Gordon won't let a minor hip injury keep him from Game 1 of the National League Division Series on Friday.
Gordon was removed from Saturday's game for precautionary reasons with irritation in his right hip and the Dodgers listed the speedster as day-to-day.
It's been a breakout year for the 26-year-old in his first full season in the majors. In 148 games, Gordon slashed .289/.326/.378 with 12 triples, 34 RBI, and 64 stolen bases.
