Analysis:
Jokisch has made three appearances in relief since his Sept. 2 callup, allowing just two earned runs with eight strikeouts and no walks in 10.1 innings. He'll start Friday opposite Jimmy Nelson, with Edwin Jackson moved to the bullpen, after going 9-10 with a 3.58 ERA and 1.17 WHIP in 26 starts with Triple-A Iowa earlier in the year.
