VIDEO: Penn State turns two triple plays in the same game

It's rare to come away from a loss with a moment that lasts a lifetime, let alone two of those moments from the same game.

Although Penn State's baseball team lost its game to Michigan State, the Nittany Lions pulled off an incredibly rare defensive triumph when they executed two triple plays in the same game for the second time in NCAA Division I baseball history.

Penn State is the first team to accomplish the feat since Gonzaga in 2006. The Minnesota Twins are the only team in MLB history to pull off two triple plays in a game when they did it in 1990 against the Boston Red Sox.
