PHOTO: Chicago photog captures awesome image of Ryan Dempster working out in the fog
It's December, but the Chicago weather Wednesday morning was mild enough to get outside. At least Ryan Dempster thought so.
Chicago Tribune photographer Chris Walker spotted the former Cub, who still maintains a home in the Windy City, working out with a fitness ball along Lake Michigan's waterfront.
The result is pretty spectacular:

"It beats spending hours in a gym," the World Series champ told Walker.
Dempster spent nine seasons with the Cubs. He signed a two-year deal with the Red Sox after his 2012 season as a Ranger.
