The Los Angeles Dodgers and infielder Max Muncy agreed to a one-year, $10-million contract extension Thursday.

Muncy, a two-time All-Star, will earn $7 million in 2027 with a $3-million buyout. The deal also includes a $10-million club option for 2028.

The three-time World Series champion will make $10 million this season.

Muncy, 35, has hit 209 homers with 587 RBIs and an .843 OPS over 924 games with the Dodgers since 2018.

The 10-year veteran is the franchise's all-time playoff home run leader with 16 in 79 contests.
