Springer leaves Game 3 with injury suffered on swing

Toronto Blue Jays designated hitter George Springer left Game 3 of the World Series after suffering an injury on a swing in the seventh inning.

Springer was replaced by Ty France, who struck out.
There was no immediate update on Springer's status.
Springer, who owns an .884 OPS with 10 extra-base hits this postseason, was 0-for-3 with two strikeouts before departing.
