The four-time Silver Slugger joins a free-agent outfielder class headlined by Kris Bryant, Starling Marte, Nick Castellanos, Kyle Schwarber, and Michael Conforto.
The Phillies also declined Odubel Herrera's option. The 29-year-old outfielder remains under team control with one season of arbitration left.
