Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Cody Bellinger and Milwaukee Brewers left-hander Josh Hader are part of a group of MLB players that are now eligible for salary arbitration due to Super Two status, according to The Associated Press.

There are 23 new major leaguers that are eligible.

Bellinger is likely to surpass the record $10.85-million salary that Chicago Cubs third baseman Kris Bryant received in his first year in arbitration.

The top 22% of players between two and three years of service time are arbitration eligible if they had at least 86 days of service in 2019, according to The Associated Press.

Jan. 10 is the deadline for players and teams to exchange salary numbers.
