The Los Angeles Dodgers have reinstated left-hander Julio Urias from the restricted list, the team announced on Monday, according to Jorge Castillo of the Los Angeles Times.

Urias will start Tuesday's game against the Colorado Rockies and pitch a maximum of three innings, according to ESPN's Alden Gonzalez.

Major League Baseball suspended the 23-year-old for 20 games on Aug. 17 for violating the league's joint domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse policy.

"Since May, I have been fully cooperating with both law enforcement and MLB," Urias said in a statement the MLBPA released in August. "Although the authorities determined no charges of any kind were warranted, I accept full responsibility for what I believe was my inappropriate conduct during the incident."

Urias wouldn't address what the "inappropriate conduct" was when asked about it on Monday, according to Gonzalez.

He was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence in May after police responded to a call about a man and a woman arguing in a shopping mall parking lot.

"I respect the decision from the league," Urias said on Monday, according to Gonzalez. "It was their decision. I fully accept it. That's behind me. I'm back here, with my team, and I'm moving forward."

Urias owns a 4-3 record with a 2.53 ERA in 27 appearances this season, which includes six starts.
