New York Mets right-hander Marcus Stroman left Tuesday's start against the Cleveland Indians after just four innings due to left hamstring tightness, the team said, according to The Record's Justin Toscano.
Jeurys Familia replaced Stroman on the mound.
It wasn't clear how Stroman got hurt, but television cameras caught him speaking with the team's trainer before his at-bat in the third inning.

Stroman allowed one run on five hits with a strikeout and a walk during his abbreviated outing.
Following the Mets' 4-3 win, manager Mickey Callaway said the team isn't worried about the issue, according to Mike Mazzeo of Yahoo Sports. Stroman has already gone for an MRI.
The 28-year-old, who was acquired by the Mets from the Toronto Blue Jays ahead of the trade deadline, entered Tuesday sporting a 5.17 ERA, 1.85 WHIP, and 17 strikeouts over his first three starts with New York.
