Look: New York decorates Empire State Building in Yankees pinstripes

After overcoming what appeared to be insurmountable odds after falling two games to none against the Cleveland Indians in the American League Division Series, the Yankees received a warm gesture from New York City on Thursday night.
The Empire State Building was decorated in pinstripe lights to celebrate the Yankees' division series win.

Thanks to the series win the Yankees moved onto the ALCS, which begins Friday in Houston, with Masahiro Tanaka squaring off against Dallas Keuchel in Game 1.
