Watch: Correa's 1st-inning laser sends Minute Maid Park into frenzy

The Houston Astros started off Game 2 of the American League Division Series in similar fashion to Game 1 thanks to a first-inning home run from shortstop Carlos Correa.

After battling through a tough at-bat against Boston Red Sox left-hander Drew Pomeranz, Correa crushed the ball into the left-field stands which immediately sent a packed afternoon crowd at Minute Maid Park into a craze.

Correa's blast landed 419 feet from home plate and exited the park at 109 mph.
