Watch: Braves' Phillips steals base with perfect swim slide

Atlanta Braves third baseman Brandon Phillips looked to be dead in the water while attempting to steal second base against the Seattle Mariners Tuesday night - until he pulled out the old swim slide and managed to narrowly avoid Kyle Seager's tag to successfully swipe the bag with one of the more outrageous swim moves in recent memory.

Mariners manager Scott Servais opted not to challenge the play - a wise decision, since he would have lost the challenge and then been left treading water the rest of the game.
