The Daytona Tortugas, the Class-A Advanced affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds, will be hosting a "Bob Ross Night" on Saturday as a tribute to the late American painting icon.

The first 1,000 fans in attendance for the Tortugas' game against the Clearwater Threshers will receive a bobblehead of the Daytona Beach, Fla., native. This is the first time the team has ever staged a bobblehead giveaway.

Fans who purchase one of the special ticket packages will also get to participate in a pregame painting class taught by instructors wearing Bob Ross wigs.

Ross, who hosted "The Joy of Painting" on PBS from 1983 to 1994, passed away in 1995 at the age of 52 after a battle with lymphoma.
