Osuna seeing psychologist, feeling 'anxious and lost'
Toronto Blue Jays closer Roberto Osuna revealed Saturday he has not been available for the club in the past few days due to feeling "anxious and lost" and has been seeing a psychologist, according to Sportsnet's Arden Zwelling.
"I'm not myself right now. I don't know how to explain it. I'm just a little bit lost right now," he said, according to Zwelling.
Zwelling initially quoted Osuna as saying he was dealing with a "mental illness," but later issued a correction, clarifying that the 22-year-old did not, in fact, use that term.
Again, "mental illness" are words I used, not Osuna. Osuna has not been diagnosed with a mental illness. That's my mistake. I apologize.

Osuna last appeared in a game for the Blue Jays on Wednesday, entering in the ninth inning against the Texas Rangers to record his 19th save of the season.
The reliever wasn't used in Thursday's 11-4 blowout loss against Texas and also didn't appear in Friday's series opener against the Kansas City Royals, although the Blue Jays entered the ninth with a three-run lead. Manager John Gibbons only said Osuna "hadn't been feeling well" to explain his absence, according to Sportsnet's Arash Madani.
Osuna couldn't confirm if he would be available out of the bullpen for Saturday's contest against the Royals.
"I wish I knew how to get out of this," he added.
