Prepare your eyes for something weird.
On Friday, Hartford Yard Goats third baseman Josh Fuentes, the cousin of Colorado Rockies slugger Nolan Arenado, was not rewarded for his sense of humor.
After Binghamton Rumble Ponies hurler Cory Burns mishandled a pitch and bounced it into the dirt, Fuentes thought it would be funny to take a half-hearted swing at the pitch.
Unfortunately, the swing counted and he struck out on the ridiculous play. Fuentes' Yard Goats would also go on to lose the contest 5-4.
