Braves' Adonis Garcia: Ran without issue Friday

Garcia (Achilles) was able to run without problems Monday and could make his return when eligible Friday, Mark Bowman of MLB.com reports.

Analysis:

This may be one of those injury situations where the club would have waited it out if the DL minimum was still 15 days. Atlanta begins a road trip in San Francisco on Friday; expect Garcia to be back in the lineup for the first game of that series.
