Aroldis Chapman pitched quite possibly the biggest game of his life on Sunday when he tossed the longest outing of his major-league career to help save the Chicago Cubs' season in a 3-2 win during Game 5 of the World Series.

Unfortunately, Chapman's outing was later clouded by a nightmarish tweet sent out by a news outlet that went viral on Twitter in the worst kind of way.

Chapman was under scrutiny at the end of 2015 after he allegedly fired eight gunshots in the garage of his Miami-area home after an argument with his girlfriend, where she claimed the pitcher choked and pushed her up against a wall, so the uproar was warranted.

To say Twitter users weren't happy about the tweet would be an understatement.
