Watch: Lester refuses to throw to 1st on Lindor's botched steal

Jon Lester's fear of throwing to first is getting out of hand.
Cleveland Indians shortstop Francisco Lindor looked to be caught in no-man's land after Lester unexpectedly stepped off the mound on his steal attempt in the third inning, but the 22-year-old caught a break as Lester still refused to throw it over to first for an easy out.
Lindor later went through on the attempted steal, though he was thrown out by catcher David Ross.
