Look: Cavaliers cheerlead Indians during Game 2
One championship team brought some good fortune to its baseball counterparts.
During Game 2 of the American League Championship Series between the Cleveland Indians and Toronto Blue Jays, members of the Cleveland Cavaliers championship team - including LeBron James, Kevin Love, Kyrie Irving, and Canadian-born Tristan Thompson - once again haunted a team from Toronto during Saturday's 2-1 win that has seen the Indians take a commanding 2-0 series lead.
Combining both the NBA and MLB playoff series between Cleveland and Toronto, the Indians and Cavaliers are 6-2 against the Blue Jays and Raptors in the past eight games.
