Since hitting his last home run five games ago, Davis has gone 2-for-16 with seven strikeouts and five runners stranded in scoring position. Power has been the only hitting tool Davis has displayed this year. Behind the low average fantasy owners are likely already aware of is a very low contact rate, although some may take a small amount of consolation in the fact that he's hit nearly 20 points higher in the second half of this season.
