Diamondbacks' A.J. Pollock: Steals third base against Giants
Pollock went 2-for-2 with two walks and a stolen base in Tuesday's win over the Giants.
Analysis:
Pollock has yet to record an extra-base hit in four games back from the disabled list, but he's running wild on the bases, with three stolen bases in his past two games. It's also good to see the discipline showing up, as Pollock increased his walk rate from 6.7 percent in 2014 to 8.0 percent in his breakout 2015 campaign. If he can keep getting on base like this, expect him to be among the top base stealers in the league in September, especially if his 39 steals last season are any indication.
