Rays' Brad Miller: Slugs another homer in victory over Padres
Miller went 3-for-4 with a two-run blast to lift Tampa Bay to a 2-0 victory over the Padres on Wednesday.
Analysis:
That's now three homers in the last two days and five since Saturday. Prior to this season, Miller never had more than 11 home runs and now with still about a month and a half to go, he has 25 homers. He is hitting .265 with a .850 OPS -- the result of a healthy .530 slugging percentage. Miller also has 57 RBI, 58 runs and six steals in 400 at-bats.
