Braves' Julio Teheran: Hopes to make next scheduled start
Strength tests performed on Teheran (lat strain) Saturday produced encouraging results, and he remains hopeful that he won't need to miss a start, MLB.com's Mark Bowman reports.
Analysis:
He said all he felt Saturday was the normal day-after-start soreness, and all of the reports seem to suggest optimism on the part of Teheran and the Braves regarding the mild lat strain that forced him from Friday's start in the fifth inning. More information will come out prior to his next scheduled start Thursday, but for now Teheran's owners can remain cautiously optimistic.
