Yankees' Aroldis Chapman: Being shopped by Yankees
The Yankees are looking into possible trades for Chapman, ESPN's Buster Olney reports.
Analysis:
Closers are often moved into set-up roles following trades to more competitive teams, but Chapman would presumably be one of the exceptions, as he's enjoying yet another dominant season in his first year with the Yankees. He might even benefit from a move, perhaps getting a few more save opportunities over the final two months of the season. The Yankees probably aren't in any rush to make a deal, sitting just five games back of the second wild-card spot in the AL.
