Indians' road trip mirrors Cavs' playoff schedule

The Cleveland Indians are on a 10-game road trip that includes stops in Detroit, Atlanta, and Toronto. If this schedule sounds familiar, it's because the Cleveland Cavaliers took the exact same path to the NBA Finals.

The Cavs swept the Detroit Pistons and Atlanta Hawks, respectively, in their first two playoff series before defeating the Toronto Raptors in six games in the Eastern Conference finals.
