It's just the way we remember it.
When Ken Griffey Jr. retired from baseball in 2010, the league lost the sweetest swing in the game.
Not to fret, though, as The Kid's swing lives on out on the links.

When asked on the course whether he's playing softball instead of baseball these days, his answer was priceless.
"Nah, I don't want to decapitate anyone," he told The Washington Post's Joon Lee.
