As players approach the batter's box from the on-deck circle, they need the perfect track to pump them up fast.

While the following names may not use the mentioned track every time they're up, you can sense the energy in the at-bat every time they do.

Here are this season's top walk-up songs in the American League:

7. Mike Trout - Panda (Desiigner)

"Man I'm the macho like Randy."

Trout is, by popular consensus, the best player in the AL. He's also still only 24 years old. Thus, it naturally follows that he'd endear himself to the younger generation by picking one of today's hottest tracks to get him in the zone.

6. Josh Reddick - My Time is Now (John Cena)

"I'm stormin' on you chumps like I'm thunder and lightning."

That Reddick is a giant WWE fan is no secret, after the outfielder wrote a letter to The Players' Tribune in September about his fandom. But coming out to Cena's anthem is a nice warning to pitchers that he isn't giving up on any at-bats.

5. Todd Frazier - Fly Me to the Moon (Frank Sinatra)

"Fly me to the moon. Let me play among the stars."

Not only is Sinatra an apt choice for someone who exudes class like Frazier, but, if you listen closely, the line "Fly me to the moon" can also be heard from every baseball Frazier mashes for a home run.

4. C.J. Cron - Ignition Remix (R. Kelly)

"You must be a football coach the way you got me playing the field."

Cron is the second Los Angeles Angels member on the list, and for good reason. When he walks up to bat, it's a modern day miracle the crowd at Angels Stadium doesn't bust out dancing to the R&B classic every time.

3. Nolan Reimold - nWo Wolfpac Theme (C-Murder)

"Don't turn your back on the Wolfpac."

Sometimes in life, you have to be the bad guy. Reimold plays the part to a "T" with his walk-up music, channeling the infamous former WCW staple of the '90s every time he walks up to the plate.

2. Josh Donaldson - Summer Sixteen (Drake)

"Looking for revenge ... all summer sixteen."

The Toronto Blue Jays' bats haven't been as great as many expected this year, but with the middle of the season now approaching, Donaldson's use of Toronto-born rapper Drake's "Summer Sixteen" may be a foreshadowing of what's to come.

1. Francisco Lindor - Space Jam (Quad City DJs)

"Everybody get up, it's time to slam now. We got a real jam goin' down, welcome to the Space Jam."

Lindor's song may not be about his own sport, but it's become such a timeless classic that it doesn't even matter. The moment the song starts playing, everyone knows something amazing is about to happen. And when Lindor's at bat, something usually does.
