Giving up a hit to your mound opponent has to hurt any pitcher. Watching them unleash a bat flip after doing so probably doesn't help matters.
Zack Greinke doesn't really care about Johnny Cueto's feelings, though. The Arizona Diamondbacks ace, who's one of baseball's better-hitting hurlers, smashed a double to deep center field off Cueto, and flipped his bat like a pro as he left the box.

While it's not the first time he's done it, Greinke's bat-flipping skills have noticeably improved since last year.
