Report: Ortiz to recreate Boston bombing speech in upcoming movie

David Ortiz is reportedly set to star as himself in an upcoming movie about the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing.

The Boston Red Sox designated hitter will re-enact his famous "This is our f------ city" speech in "Patriots Day," sources told Tatiana Siegel from the Hollywood Reporter.

Beantown native Mark Wahlberg stars in the Peter Berg-directed flick.

The emotional scene reportedly won't be filmed at Fenway Park, but rather in a hangar at the former South Weymouth Naval Air Station.
