Giants' Kelby Tomlinson: Will fill in for injured Panik
Filling in for the injured Joe Panik (groin), Tomlinson went 0-for-3 with a walk, a stolen base and a run scored in Sunday's win over the Mets.
Analysis:
Panik's groin injury isn't considered serious, so Tomlinson could be back in a bench role as soon as Tuesday. That said, he should be in the starting lineup Monday against the Reds. With lefty Brandon Finnegan scheduled to start, Tomlinson could be a discount target at the keystone in daily formats.
