The Cincinnati Reds have agreed to a minor-league deal with former first-round draft choice Kyle Parker, reports MLB.com's Thomas Harding.
After being selected in the first round of the 2010 draft by the Colorado Rockies, Parker was released by the club at the beginning of April.
The 26-year-old utility player appeared in 138 plate appearances across two big-league seasons for the Rockies, spending the majority of his time with the organization in the minors.
Parker owns a career MLB slash line of .182/.217/.295 with three home runs and 12 RBIs.
