Just one day after announcing he'll donate $1,000 to charity for each home run he hits this year, Houston Astros outfielder Colby Rasmus launched his fifth career grand slam Saturday against the Boston Red Sox.

The proceeds from the blast will be going to Team Rubicon, a non-profit disaster-response organization that retrains military veterans as first responders.

Rasmus, who now has three homers in as many games, went 2-for-4 in with 5 RBIs in the contest to lead Houston to an 8-3 win over Boston.
