When a manager pops out of the dugout to signal a lefty or righty from the bullpen, the sign is fairly universal.

The Toronto Blue Jays brought in Venditte with two out in the fifth inning of Friday's game against the Boston Red Sox. He proceeded to induce a Brock Holt pop out to end the inning.
